Invitation
Together with our parents, we invite you to our wedding ceremony and dinner at the vineyard house in Urla on the evening of 12 June.
There is a henna night the day before and a farewell breakfast the morning after. The events you are invited to are in the code on the back of your invitation; the form below opens them for you.
Dress code
Summer smart. The ceremony is on the lawn; thin heels sink, wedges are comfortable.
Weather
Sunset is around 20:30. The vineyard cools down in the evening, so bring a light shawl or jacket.
Children
Bring your children to the henna night and dinner. There will be a play corner and a kids' menu in the garden.

Travel and stay
By plane
Fly into İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport. The vineyard house is about an hour by car; the 17:15 shuttle leaves from the international exit.
By car
Take the İzmir-Çeşme motorway, Urla exit, towards Kuşçular. Parking is at the entrance; for the drive home, hand your keys to a friend.
By shuttle
Out at 16:30 from Alsancak Station and 17:15 from the airport. Back at 00:30 and 01:30, both to Alsancak via the airport hotels.
Where to stay
The vineyard house's eight rooms are reserved for the wedding, our elders first. Guesthouses in Urla centre are fifteen minutes away; just mention "Ece and Baran" when booking.
Gifts
Your presence is enough.
For those who ask anyway: the gift ceremony is right after the vows, at 19:15, by the vineyard gate.
If you were thinking of sending a wreath or flowers, please donate a sapling in our name instead. The olive trees along the vineyard grew the same way.

The code is on the back of your invitation, under your name. If you can't find it, message Defne; she will send it the same day.
Until 15 May you can come back with the same code and change it as often as you like. After that the seating plan and shuttle list are final.
The vineyard house has limited space. If your party is larger than the invitation says, please ask us first.
Rain is rare in Urla in June. Still, there will be a marquee in the garden; the ceremony and dinner happen at the same time, under cover.
On the website of any foundation that accepts sapling donations, use the "tribute and celebration" section to donate in Ece and Baran's name. No need to show us the receipt.
Please keep phones in your pocket during the ceremony; our photographer has it covered. After dinner, go ahead; photos will be on this page after the wedding.
